JOB TITLE: Residential Drafter REPORTS TO:  Vice President of Renovations SUPERVISES:  N/A RESPONSIBILITIES: To assist both the Renovation and New Construction teams by drafting 3D architectural designs in CAD and Revit. In your role you will collaborate with clients to develop design ideas for their project. This position will be responsible for consulting and following up with customers with design options through 3D renderings. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficient in CAD and Revit
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Have an understanding of field measurements
• Thoroughness and efficiency to ensure quality work
• Creative with excellent customer service skills
• Builds and maintains a high level of product knowledge related to furniture, home furnishings, and related accessories, including a strong understanding of construction features.
• Confidence, experience, and a strong ability to influence people and decisions.
• Ability to explain the features and benefits of products and options requested.
• Understanding of critical path items to be completed per the appropriate phase.
• Sense of humor.
• Comfortable working in a team environment.

EDUCATIONAL AND ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Two (2) years, minimum, residential construction/school experience in Design
• High school diploma or GED required
• High degree of construction knowledge and customer service experience
• Experience designing floor plans and layouts with clients
• Resourcefulness, patience and clarity
• Strong management and motivational skills
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Familiar with, and ability to read blueprints, and other home diagrams
• Excellent writing skills verbal and written
• Detail oriented
• Strong sense of color and design applications
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality relative to daily work schedule is required
• Valid driver’s license
• Accepts constructive feedback
• Team player.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• This is an office and field position requiring driving. Must be able to operate a motor vehicle.
• Ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry supplies and materials weighing 25 pounds or less.
• Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and telephone equipment.
• Office work requires sitting at a computer monitor for extended periods of time, completing paperwork and to receive/return phone messages.

REPORTS TO:  VP of Renovations SUPERVISES:  N/A RESPONSIBILITIES: To continually managing relationships with our customers from client outreach through to the conceptual to final design and construction of their project. Provide the necessary administrative support for all departments. In your role you will collaborate with clients to develop design ideas for their project, calculate budgets and price estimates, as well as select finishes. Preparing sales contracts, purchase orders and collecting deposits. This position will be responsible for consulting and following up with customers with design studio options and upgrade purchase process. Follow-up with customers, purchasing, and project managers regarding selections. QUALIFICATIONS:

JOB TITLE: Vice President of Remodeling REPORTS TO:  President/CEO SUPERVISES: Remodeling Team RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide strategic leadership for all remodeling operations, overseeing project planning, execution, production, purchasing, and warranty/service functions. Responsible for project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to meet production targets and profitability goals while monitoring financial performance through cost analysis, variance reporting, and margin improvement initiatives. Manage, develop, and evaluate teams including project managers, superintendents, estimators, and field staff, with responsibility for recruiting and training to support operational excellence. Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure reliable partnerships and cost-effective sourcing. Implement and enforce quality control standards, safety protocols, and compliance with building codes and industry regulations. Collaborate closely with sales, design, and finance teams to align operations with company objectives and customer needs, identify opportunities for process improvements, risk mitigation, and scalability, and represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities as needed. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in residential construction or remodeling, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Director of Operations or similar).
• Proven track record of managing multiple remodeling projects, delivering on-time and on-budget results, and achieving profitability improvements.
• Strong knowledge of residential remodeling processes, including estimating, scheduling, subcontractor management, and warranty programs.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills; experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in construction software (e.g., project management tools, estimating programs) and financial reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex client relationships and resolve issues effectively.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience in high-volume or custom residential remodeling environments.
• Familiarity with current industry trends, materials, and sustainable practices.
• Strong analytical skills for cost control and performance metrics.
