Residential Drafter
- Proficient in CAD and Revit
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Have an understanding of field measurements
- Thoroughness and efficiency to ensure quality work
- Creative with excellent customer service skills
- Builds and maintains a high level of product knowledge related to furniture, home furnishings, and related accessories, including a strong understanding of construction features.
- Confidence, experience, and a strong ability to influence people and decisions.
- Ability to explain the features and benefits of products and options requested.
- Understanding of critical path items to be completed per the appropriate phase.
- Sense of humor.
- Comfortable working in a team environment.

- Two (2) years, minimum, residential construction/school experience in Design
- High school diploma or GED required
- High degree of construction knowledge and customer service experience
- Experience designing floor plans and layouts with clients
- Resourcefulness, patience and clarity
- Strong management and motivational skills
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Familiar with, and ability to read blueprints, and other home diagrams
- Excellent writing skills verbal and written
- Detail oriented
- Strong sense of color and design applications
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality relative to daily work schedule is required
- Valid driver’s license
- Accepts constructive feedback
- Team player.
- This is an office and field position requiring driving. Must be able to operate a motor vehicle.
- Ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry supplies and materials weighing 25 pounds or less.
- Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and telephone equipment.
- Office work requires sitting at a computer monitor for extended periods of time, completing paperwork and to receive/return phone messages.

Remodeling Sales & Design Consultant

Vice President of Remodeling
Vice President of Remodeling
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in residential construction or remodeling, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Director of Operations or similar).
- Proven track record of managing multiple remodeling projects, delivering on-time and on-budget results, and achieving profitability improvements.
- Strong knowledge of residential remodeling processes, including estimating, scheduling, subcontractor management, and warranty programs.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills; experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in construction software (e.g., project management tools, estimating programs) and financial reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex client relationships and resolve issues effectively.
- Experience in high-volume or custom residential remodeling environments.
- Familiarity with current industry trends, materials, and sustainable practices.
- Strong analytical skills for cost control and performance metrics.
