On Time. On Budget. Or Else!
- You pay no more than the contracted amount. Ever.
- If we cause a delay, we will pay you up to $300 per day, for each day we delayed the completion of your project. Details are found on our contract.

The Icon Warranty
Icon covers any defects in workmanship and material that they supplied for a period of one year. Please reference the specifics of what is covered, which are found in your contract. Mechanical and appliance warranty is extended by the manufacturer and normally runs for two years.
RWC Limited Warranty Program*
- The First Year: Icon warrants the home against specified defects in workmanship and materials that are the result of non-conformity with RWC’s warranty standards, as well as any major structural defects as defined in the warranty.
- From Year One to Ten: RWC warrants defects in designated structural elements throughout the home.
- Throughout the 10-year period, the limited warranty is transferable to subsequent buyers with just a simple form.
*Customers have the option to purchase the 10-year warranty
