Our Warranty
We have an RWC Limited Warranty Program to protect you against specified defects in materials and quality. There are different warranties for year one, year one to five, and a transferable warranty within five years.
Basement Remodel Process
Phase One: Planning
We need to understand your vision before any work begins. Once we’ve communicated about all of your goals, we’ll outline the scope of the project. It’s a vital part of our ethos that we maintain open communication and help you understand all the details of the work we expect to accomplish.
If your project requires architectural plans, one of our architects will work closely with you to create the perfect strategy for your dream space.
Phase Two: Implementation
The next step is to secure any necessary permits and start finalizing those finishing touches that will get you excited about the project. Our beautiful showroom is available to help you visualize which fixtures, cabinetry, and flooring is right for you.
A project manager will meet with you regularly during this phase and be present for any inspections.
Phase Three: Remodeling
We recognize the importance of not disrupting your everyday life when construction begins. Remodeling can be very inconvenient, and our goal is for things to run as smoothly as possible. We keep the areas undergoing renovation swept and clean and protect all areas of the space that are not under construction.
Should you desire to make changes once the project is already underway, we can help with that. Last-minute inspiration happens, and we’ll work with you to get it done with minimal changes to the timeline and budget upon which we previously agreed.
We also aim to return your home to its normal state as quickly as possible after the remodeling process is complete. We run on a tight schedule, and your Project Manager is always able to help with any questions or concerns.
Phase Four: Wrapping Up
Once the remodeling process is complete, your Project Manager will conduct a final walk-through and make sure everything is to your satisfaction. At this point, we will provide you with the necessary training on any new technology installed as well as all user manuals and warranty information.
We will also provide you with our 24-hour service contact. We want to hear from you if you’re anything less than 100% satisfied.
